Property Management Coordinator

Job Overview

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Property Management Coordinator to support our long-term rental portfolio of 55+ homes. This role is essential to ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, handling administrative tasks, and providing top-tier service to tenants, homeowners, and vendors.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, has excellent communication skills, and is eager to grow within the property management field.

Qualifications

✔ Experience in property management, real estate, or a related administrative role is preferred.
✔ Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management.
✔ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
✔ Ability to problem-solve and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
✔ Proficiency in Buildium or similar property management software (experience is a plus, but training will be provided).
✔ Basic understanding of Fair Housing regulations (training available).
✔ Strong customer service skills and ability to handle difficult conversations professionally.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
